Security

All payments made using a credit or debit card are processed through theNexi XPayonline payment platform. Transactions are carried out in a secure environment using modern encryption protocols to protect your personal and financial data.

Your card details are entered directly into Nexi’s secure system and are not stored on our servers.

During the payment process, additional cardholder verification may be required in accordance with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) standards.

In accordance with applicable Greek legislation regarding the support of instant electronic payments, IRIS Payments are available through the Nexi XPay checkout environment, where supported. IRIS enables direct account-to-account transfers with secure user authentication.

Bank Deposit

If you do not have a credit card or you do not wish to use it, you can pay your order via bank transfer. Upon completion of your order, an email will be sent with all the bank accounts in which you can deposit the total amount of your order. Upon completion of the deposit, please send us a copy of the bank payment order by email at kolonaki@kapopoulosart.gr. We will ship your order once we receive the copy.

Nexi XPay

Όλες οι πληρωμές που πραγματοποιούνται με χρήση πιστωτικής ή χρεωστικής κάρτας διεκπεραιώνονται μέσω της πλατφόρμας ηλεκτρονικών πληρωμώνNexi XPay. Οι συναλλαγές πραγματοποιούνται σε ασφαλές περιβάλλον, με χρήση σύγχρονων πρωτοκόλλων κρυπτογράφησης για την προστασία των προσωπικών και οικονομικών σας δεδομένων.

Τα στοιχεία της κάρτας σας καταχωρούνται απευθείας στο ασφαλές σύστημα της Nexi και δεν αποθηκεύονται στους διακομιστές της επιχείρησής μας.

Κατά τη διαδικασία πληρωμής ενδέχεται να απαιτηθεί πρόσθετη ταυτοποίηση του κατόχου της κάρτας, σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ισχυρής ταυτοποίησης πελάτη (Strong Customer Authentication – SCA).

Σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα ελληνική νομοθεσία για την υποστήριξη άμεσων ηλεκτρονικών πληρωμών, παρέχεται δυνατότητα πληρωμής μέσω IRIS Payments μέσα από το περιβάλλον ολοκλήρωσης αγοράς (checkout) της Nexi XPay, όπου αυτό είναι διαθέσιμο. Η υπηρεσία IRIS επιτρέπει την άμεση μεταφορά χρημάτων από τραπεζικό λογαριασμό σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό με ασφαλή ταυτοποίηση του χρήστη.
